I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to public transportation. the staff at the reception was very helpful and attentive, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. the bathroom was well, maintained with a good shower. the kitchen was well, equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a clean and spacious room. The hostel's location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and a 24-hour reception. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I stayed at Do Step Inn Home for one night during my solo trip as a woman in my 50s. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute tram ride from West Bahnhof, where I caught the airport bus the next morning. It was also within walking distance of downtown. The kitchen facilities were a bonus for cooking my own meals, and the breakfast buffet was definitely worth the price. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff was really nice and helpful. Though a little bit small, the room and bathroom looked just like in the pictures, or better, and everything was clean. The computer lounge was also a plus. The location was great, only about 5-7 min from the metro station and we arrived quickly to all the objectives. Not to forget that the price/quality ratio was excellent. (I payed only 25euros/night). I would recommend it any time for somebody who wants to visit the city.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main train stop. The hostel had a huge kitchen and sitting area, where we were able to cook our own meals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to leave our bags after check-out for free. The bathroom in our room was clean and not too busy, as it was only shared with a few other people. I would definitely recommend staying at this hostel.

The value for money was great, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. The location near the train station was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast was the only thing that could have been improved.

Do step inn is really new constructed and the furniture is also new and clean. We got clean towels every day. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is also perfect - next to the Westbahnhof from where you can take the u-bahn to anywhere!

The only thing I didn´t like was that they still don´t have any elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags all the was to 3rd floor up the stairs.
